Evergreen Security provided the fire alarm and access control for this three-story multi-use building by Aspen Homes. The two upper floors consist of luxury apartments. On the ground floor, The Lanai brings “a taste of Hawaii” with food, specialty coffees, baked goods and cocktails.

"Recently finished our new home construction. I had run the low voltage lines myself. Eric and Luke came out and did a very professional job with all the connectors and wall plates. They identified all the lines in my house, even the ones that are currently inactive. They installed cameras for me as well. Everything looks clean and crisp now. They exceeded my expectations. Eric is great about follow up as well, to make sure everything is working as expected. I purchased a lot of equipment from Eric, the price was fair, and they work fast.
